Construction, Advantages and Features
Explosion-proof Press-in Fans (FBD Series) Structure Explanation:
·FBD series explosion-proof press-in ventilator adopts counter-rotating double-motor structure, which consists of collector,
two-stage host unit (including impeller and motor), diffuser and anechoic system. Its innovative design lies in the cancellation of the traditional guide vane device, through the two-stage counter-rotating impeller to achieve airflow rectification and energy superposition.
·Counter-rotating power system: adopts the structure of double motor direct connection drive, the first impeller rotates clockwise (with YBF132S2-2 explosion-proof motor), and the second impeller rotates counterclockwise (with the same type of motor). Then umber of blades of the two impellers are prime numbers of each other (e.g. 7 blades of the first stage, 11 blades of the second stage), which can effectively destroy the airflow pulsation and reduce the aerodynamic noise. The motor protection class reaches IP55, insulation class F, and can be continuously operated under 40℃ ambient temperature.
-Ternary flow impeller design: the blades are based on the theory of airfoil, adopting the three-dimensional modelling of curved swept combination orthogonal type and hollow steel plate structure. Through CFD optimisation, the impeller tip clearance is controlled within 0.5%D (impeller diameter) to reduce leakage loss. The high efficiency zone covers 70%-130% of the rated flow rate, avoiding wheezing in small flow conditions.
·Modular muffler system: the whole machine adopts composite noise suppression technology, including: air intake muffler (resistive muffler), sound insulation layer of the main machine (50mm thick ultra-fine glass wool), diffuser guide grille (to reduce eddy current noise). The measured noise is lower than 85dB(A), and the specific A sound level is controlled below 35dB, which significantly improves the downhole sound environment.
